A&E did not get the basics right - now my son's life is ruined at 32
Oli's story is sad. He is 32 years old. He went to A&E. They did not help him well. Now, his life is very hard. Many people in England have the same problem. BBC says more people are complaining about bad care in hospitals. This is called clinical negligence. It means doctors or nurses did not do their job right. Oli's case is one example. Many others are also unhappy with their care. They feel hospitals should do better. This is a big issue in England now.
