Netanyahu accuses NYC Mayor Mamdani of 'fomenting hate' after arrest threat

The Prime Minister of Israel, Netanyahu, is not happy with the Mayor of New York City, Mamdani. Netanyahu says Mamdani is spreading hate. This is because Mamdani said he wanted to arrest Netanyahu. However, Mamdani now says he cannot do this. He does not have the legal power to arrest Netanyahu.

Mamdani talked about a warrant from the International Criminal Court. This warrant is for Netanyahu. But Mamdani cannot use it to arrest him. He understands this now. Mamdani changed his words last week. He knows he cannot arrest Netanyahu because he is not allowed to do so.
