Refund Policy
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Dubara Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Purchases on the web
Web subscriptions are sold and billed by our payment partner Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle appears on your bank statement and issues your invoice.
14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with Dubara Pro, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.
Renewals: if a subscription renews and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund that renewal.
To request a refund, email info@dubara.io from the address on your account, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime via Manage subscriptionon the Pro page (or through Paddle's billing portal). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund of past charges — see above for when refunds apply.
Purchases on iOS
Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed by Apple through your Apple ID, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for Apple charges ourselves.
EU / EEA consumers
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting your subscription immediately, you consent to the service beginning during the withdrawal period; our 14-day money-back guarantee above matches or exceeds this right in practice. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
