Refund Policy

Dubara Pro is sold in the app on iPhone and iPad and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. A Lifetime purchase does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

Purchases made in the app are refunded by Apple under its terms: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for Apple charges ourselves, but if something went wrong, write to us and we will help.

EU / EEA consumers

Apple is the seller of purchases made in the App Store, so the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content and services is exercised with Apple. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
